Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using TamaTimo, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
2. The service
TamaTimo provides a productivity application featuring time management tools (Pomodoro Timer, Eisenhower Matrix, GTD, and others), task management, and analytics. The free tier provides basic features; premium features require a paid subscription.
3. Your account
- You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access at security@tamatimo.app.
- One account per person. Do not share credentials.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for illegal activities
- Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or probe the service
- Upload malicious content or spam
- Impersonate others
- Circumvent usage limits or access controls
5. Subscription & billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Subscriptions renew automatically. Cancel anytime from your settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial periods except where required by law.
6. Your data
You own your data. We process it to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for full details. You can export or delete your data at any time from your account settings.
7. Intellectual property
TamaTimo, its mascots (Tama & Timo), branding, and code are owned by PragmaGeeks. Your task data and personal content remain yours.
8. Availability & disclaimers
We aim for 99.9% uptime but provide the service "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for productivity outcomes, missed deadlines, or data loss beyond what's required by applicable law.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Luxembourg. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Luxembourg City, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
